The proper, successful and safe installation of granite, marble and quartz countertops require expert attention to detail and great care. At Sunset Granite we bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to each step of the design and installation process. Whether your project is a home or commercial kitchen or bathroom, Sunset Granite’s entire process is centered around enhancing your space and creating the perfect living and working environment.
Here are some of the steps in our design and installation process to ensure that your new countertop is installed smoothly and meets your every need.
Stone selection for a home or business can make significant differences in the light, flow and overall ambiance of a room or building.
Sunset Granite is happy to provide every customer with a free consultation and estimate. Tell us about your home improvement project and we’ll help you find the perfect countertop for your kitchen, bathroom or any room needing a high quality, expertly installed countertop.
At Sunset Granite, we pride ourselves on our quality of work and customer satisfaction. A professional installation requires precise measurements, so that the new countertops will fit perfectly in their position.
The process of fabrication begins with a slab that has been cut and ends with a fully ready-to-polish piece of stone. Our technique and skill make us the natural choice for every stone project that you want done right.
After fine tuning, we put a bead of adhesive on the underside of the slab and set it in place. There will be sections of granite that will need to be joined, and this is done with special seam setters that will be colored to blend almost invisibly between the two slabs.
Sealing stone countertops and more can be divided into two main categories. First, the sealing of porous materials and second, the sealing of solid, quartz, and nonacid reactive stone.
I can’t believe how professional and fast the Sunset Granite team were. Such an easy process and we’re so happy with our new kitchen counters!!
